UAE President restructures International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council

The UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued a Federal Decree restructuring the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council. This decree, numbered 94 of 2026, was officially released on July 2, 2026.
