Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A47 News (a47.news), including all associated mobile applications, newsletters, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"), operated by A47 News FZ LLC, a company incorporated in the Dubai Media City Free Zone, UAE.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A47 News is a news aggregation and intelligence platform. We index and surface articles published by third-party news outlets. We do not publish original editorial content. Links to external articles are provided for informational purposes; A47 News does not endorse the content of any external publication.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

A free account is required to access certain features including topic following, personalised feeds, and newsletter management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to create accounts using false, misleading, or automated means; not to share your account with others; and to notify us immediately at support@a47.news if you suspect unauthorised access.

Certain features of A47 News require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise noted.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the 7-day satisfaction guarantee window.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content without our express written permission
• Republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit content indexed by A47 News without the permission of the original publisher
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malware, spam, or disruptive content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under UAE law or the law of your jurisdiction
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service

The A47 News platform, including its design, software, brand, and platform-generated content such as story summaries, trend data, and source analytics, is the property of A47 News FZ LLC and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property law.

Article content indexed from third-party sources remains the intellectual property of the original publisher. A47 News does not claim ownership over any external content. If you believe your content has been reproduced in a manner that infringes your rights, contact legal@a47.news.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and publications. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any third-party content or organisation. A47 News is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of external sites.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, A47 News FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
