Dubai announces Eid Al Adha holiday working hours for service centers

Dubai's General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs has officially announced the working hours for various service centers during the upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday. The holiday is set to take place from May 25 to May 29, 2026. Notably, the Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport will operate 24/7, ensuring that travelers have access to support at all times.

Additionally, the Al Awir Public Services Centre will extend its hours from 7 am to 8 pm daily. Other centers, such as Al Manara and Al Twar, will operate from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday. Digital platforms and the toll-free 'Amer' call center will also remain available around the clock for customer transactions and inquiries.
