Nicki Minaj Joins Trump Onstage at Port Huron Michigan Rally Nine Days Before Midterms
What happened
Rapper Nicki Minaj traveled aboard Air Force One and appeared onstage alongside U.S. President Donald Trump at an October 25, 2026, campaign rally in Port Huron, Michigan, publicly endorsing his platform and urging support for local Republican candidates.
The Context
* The campaign stop: The joint appearance at the McMorran Place Sports and Entertainment Center targeted competitive Michigan midterm races, featuring Senate candidate Mike Rogers and gubernatorial candidate John James. * The public endorsement: Minaj praised Trump’s resilience and shift in national energy, leading rally chants and pledging continued support for his platform. * The political timeline: The event built on Minaj’s previous remarks at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in December 2025, solidifying a direct cultural alliance during an active midterm cycle.
The Number
— the count of days remaining between the Michigan rally appearance and the November 3, 2026, U.S. midterm elections, underscoring the timing of high-visibility surrogate rollouts designed to capture late-deciding voter blocks.
Takeaway
Watch for whether late-cycle celebrity interventions move measurable voter participation metrics across contested Rust Belt districts as final midterm tallies are finalized.
